March 2006: Holey Portable, Batman !

No, this is NOT covered by the warranty!

This Kenwood TK2100 was the victim of a golf course lawn plug aerating machine! The nice round hole goes completely through the portable. We have seen portables squashed, squished, smashed, crushed and mutilated but never with nice little round hole in it. The Kenwood TK2100 is a great little radio but no portable is going to hold up to this type of damage.

Feb 2006: Mid-State named Motostar

Mid-State Communications was named a Motostar Dealer by Motorola. In fact Mid-State reached the highest available, level 4 rating.

January 2006: Town of Malta Outdoor Emergency Warning System Mid-State Communications completed installation of a town wide outdoor warning system. Beginning in January of 2005, Mid-State Communications assisted the Town of Malta in the survey and analysis of the type of system required leading up to the purchase and installation of two rotating Whelen VORTEX  R4, 129 db Warning Sirens.
